Who are the principals of Nanepashemet?

John Nestor and Michael Elsier are the owners of the firm.  Nestor is a licensed construction supervisor and real estate broker and Elsier is a trained electrical engineer.  They spent ten years collaborating together on national projects as business area directors for General Dynamics and collectively built the wireless business areas to a $250 million annual volume.  The basis for their professional project management standards were forged in this highly regulated corporate setting.

What type of project experience does the firm have?

The experience set includes major college renovations, school construction, public housing construction and refurbishment, restaurant and commercial space development, luxury single family home construction, multifamily condominium developments, wireless network design, cell tower construction, microwave network planning, telecom equipment installation, and national program management oversight.

What is the typical size project that you manage?

Our business output is customer satisfaction.  To establish the proper relationship, we will undertake virtually any sized project from a single point to point broadband hop for the State of New Hampshre, to a national network deployment for major wireless carriers.  We pay close attention to the goals of our prospective customers, and procure the necessary resources to meet the project metric requirements.

What drives the success of your projects?

Every project consists of the coordination of budget, schedule and quality, all of which are interlinked and must be carefully measured and monitored.  We identify the project metrics at the beiginning of the process, and maintain daily attention to them.  Combined with open and regular lines of communication among all project stakeholders,  this insures that all project phases and risks are properly addressed with successful completion in mind.
